If the promo code you entered is not valid, please check the terms and conditions of the code in the Promotion Collection as follows:
- Expiry date;
- The applied time during the day (e.g. from 17h-22h);
- The minimum value of order (e.g. an order’s value must be from 80,000 VND);
- Number of uses for each customer by day or the whole program (e.g. each customer is allowed to use 1 time/day and 3 times for the whole program);
- Is there a daily limit for all customers?
- Applied for one or a few specific restaurants
*Please note that some promo codes are only applied to the accounts that receive notifications in the Inbox or Coupon wallet on the app.
After checking that the promotion code's eligibility condition is valid and you still are not able to enter the code in the order or have successfully entered the code but the order is not discounted, please let BAEMIN know via the Email support button below
