You can rate for your order right after the order is completed or maximum of 48 hours later following these steps below:
- On your main screen, click on
icon on the top right corner. - Click on My orders.
- Click on Rate on the order that you prefer.
You can send your rate dedicated to the rider on a scale from 1 star to 5 stars ( 5 stars are the most pleased ). After rating, you can leave a comment or a reason for your rate.
After that, you can rate your meal by choosing the icon Like ( Thumbs up ) or Dislike ( Thumbs down ), and you can also leave a comment as well as a picture of the meal that you received.
Whenever you visit a restaurant, you can choose See Reviews and refer to reviews belonging to those stores. Moreover, you can filter those reviews as With Photos or With reasons or reviews.
*Note: The reviews which included offensive, bad words and inappropriate photos would be automatically hidden. BAEMIN has the rights over hiding or showing the reviews on the app.
